Shipping Condition
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products.
Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

The products sold through the Site are intended to comply with UK laws and regulations. If you are a non-UK based user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in England.
Product availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If a product is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your items have shipped.

Disputes
Considering the high cost of legal dispute, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and ARQ Hair Limited agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action, or dispute, the party asserting the dispute shall first try to settle such dispute by providing written notice to the other party by registered mail describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 business days from the date of mailing to respond to the dispute. Unless you indicate otherwise in your notice, ARQ Hair Limited shall respond to your notice using your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile.
If parties are unable to resolve the dispute, it should be processed in accordance to the Jurisdiction section of the Terms.

1. Salon Services
• Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your satisfaction is our priority
- If you're unhappy with your service, please let us know immediately
- We'll do our best to rectify the situation at no additional cost
- Refunds or adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of service
• Cancellations & No-Shows
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- Future bookings may require a deposit
2. Retail Products
• Unused Products
- Full refund within 14 days with receipt
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Store credit available for returns within 30 days
• Faulty Products
- Full refund or replacement for manufacturing defects
- Must be reported within 14 days of purchase
- Original receipt required
3. Gift Cards & Vouchers
• Non-refundable once purchased
• Valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Can be transferred to another person
